Solgar EFA 1300mg Omega 3-6-9 (60 Softgels) is a formula which promotes optimum heart, joint and skin health. It contains a blend of 3 premium oils - fish, flax and borage - which all contribute essential fatty acids. Omega 3-6-9 also includes EPA and DHA Omega-3 fatty acids which support a number of systems and organs within the body. Mercury has been removed from this formulation through a process of molecular distillation.
