Bleach London Pearlescent Toner Kit Is a soft, pearly pink semi-permanent toner which deposits pinky-purple semi-permanent colour onto bleached hair to neutralise yellow tones and create a pearly blonde finish or cool base for applying colour over. This gentle, ammonia-free Pearlescent Toner works best on pale yellow bleached blonde hair of any type. Use on its own for a pearly blonde or as a base layer for Pearlescent Super Cool Colour.

The best way to check the colour your hair will go is with a strand test. One kit suffices for very short hair or hair showing 6-8 weeks of root regrowth. Short to shoulder length hair will require two kits. Longer hair below shoulder length will require three kits. Cruelty-free & vegan-friendly.

Kit Contains:

• 1 x Bleach London Pair Plastic Gloves.
• 1 x Bleach London Colourant (40ml).
• 1 x Bleach London Peroxide Developer Lotion (7vol/2.1%, 80ml).
• 1 x Bleach London Conditioning Repairing Mask (15ml).

You will need:

• Toner Kit.
• Eco-conut bowl and tint brush.
• Crocodile clips.
• An old t-shirt or bleach proof towel.

Directions of use:

• Read all instructions that come with your product before use.
• Divide hair into 4 quarters and secure in place.
• Mix up the toner.
• Take thin slices of hair and paint on the toner, coating every strand.
• Leave to develop for 20 minutes.
• Rinse and condition.
